Honey Wheat
Honey Wheat:  Our basic bread.  Fresh ground wheat, honey and extra virgin olive oil. 
A good all around bread.

Multi-grain Whole Wheat:  A nutty and wholesome loaf, filled with oats, fresh ground wheat, millet, flax, sunflower and sesame seeds, sweetened with a touch of honey.  Great for sandwiches or toasting.

Whole Wheat Garlic Herb:  Our honey wheat bread infused with garlic, rosemary and thyme.  Great with pastas, soups and salads.

Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin:  Honey wheat bread dotted with plump raisins with a swirl of cinnamon through out the loaf.

French Baguette:  The definitive bread.  Crusty, crunchy crust with soft insides.  Perfect with almost anything. 

Sourdough Batards: Traditional crusty sourdough made with all natural wild yeast starter and fresh ground wheat.     

Rye Boules: A traditional rye bread made with fresh ground rye, not as bitter as a store bought rye. Does NOT contain caraway seeds.

Ciabatta:  Made with fresh ground wheat and white flours, makes wonderful Panini or pressed sandwiches.

Sprouted Wheat: Made from hard red wheat that has been sprouted for three days. More digestible and richer in protein then other breads.

Ezekiel Bread: Made from a mixture of eight different grains; Hard Red Wheat, Spelt, Millet, Barley, Lentils, Great Northern Bean, Red Kidney Beans, and Pinto Beans.
